lame leap like a deer, and the mute tongue shout for joy. Water will
gush forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert.

Matthew 11:4-5--A.D. 28 Jesus replied, "Go back and
report to John what you hear and see: 5The blind receive sight, the lame
walk, those who have leprosy are cured, the deaf hear, the
dead are raised, and the good news is preached to the poor.

Isaiah 7:14 Therefore
the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and
will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.
New Testament Fulfillment:
Matthew 1:23

will call him Immanuel" --which means, "God with us."

Isaiah 9:1-2
Nevertheless, there will be no more gloom for those who were in
distress. In the past he humbled the land of Zebulun and the land of
Naphtali, but in the future he will honor Galilee of the Gentiles, by
