Psalm 90:10 The length of our days is seventy years or eighty, if we have the strength; yet their span is but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away. Job 14:2 He springs up like a flower and withers away; like a fleeting shadow, he does not endure. Psalm 103:15-16 As for man, his days are like grass, he flourishes like a flower of the field; 16 the wind blows over it and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more. Psalm 39:4 Show me, O LORD, my lifes end and the number of my days; let me know how fleeting is my life. |
